PRINTERS: HPENVY110 SERIES AND HP C310A
I had a few automatic updates to my computers and it would seem that since then I have not
been able to sign in Eprint for two weeks - I tick the box but that does not work. I so need the E print
and I am lost without it - can anyone help.

Hi smudden, when you enter your sign in details (email and password) what message do you see on the screen? If it says "Ajax submit failed: error =403, Forbidden" you can try clearing the browsers cache and restarting the browser or if that doesn't work using a different browser to log in to the ePrintCenter.
Hope this information helps.

Hi smudden, did the software update on your computer include an update to your browser e.g. IE8 updated to IE9? If so you could try reverting back to the previous browser version to see if that is the issue.
However be aware that you don't have to be signed in to your ePrintCenter account to send emails to an ePrint printer
Hope this helps.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE - THE DOWNLOADS I DO NOT KNOW ABOUT IT WAS AN ENGINEER WHO DID THE WHOLE THING AND HE HAS GONE ON HOLIDAY AND I DON'T SUPPOSE HE FOR ONE MOMENT THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN. YOU SAY I DON'T NEED TO SIGN IN FOR TWO WEEKS AS A TIME BUT HOW CAN I STAY PERMANETLY IN ON BOTH PRINTERS - THAT WOULD BE HEAVEN!!! THANK YOU

Hello smudden,
If you have added the printers to your ePrintCenter.com account, then you have done everything you need to do to not have to sign in. For ePrint to work all you have to do is email the printer what you want to print. There is no need to sign in. You can sign in if you want to, but to use ePrint you are not required to sign in once the printer is added to the account. The printer just has to be on, and connected to the internet.

Hi smudden,
Sorry if I'm not explaining myself well enough. What I meant was that you don't need to be constantly signed in to the ePrintCenter to send your notes to the person in the house. There are several reasons you might want to sign in e.g. to check the status of ePrint jobs sent to the printer(s), add a new printer to your account, manage the print apps that display on your printers front panel display, update your account settings etc. Was there a particular reason you were keen to stay signed into your account for two weeks at a time?
The key message here is that if you are out of the house and want to send a message back to the printer in the house, you don't have to be signed into your ePrintCenter account at the time.
Hope this explanation helps. I think its good news from the point of view of the use case you're describing. Although it doesn't resolve the issue of you not being able to remain singed in for two weeks since your computer was updated. If you have the opportunity, ask the engineer if the updates included a change to the browser version.
