sign up for eprint always fails

When I go to eprint center to sign up for eprint, my sign up/log in attemps always fail. I've done it over and over! Using HP Deskjet 3052A, op system is XP Pro

During the initial sign up at ePrintCenter.com:

1. Have you reached the screen that asks for: first name, last name, email address, screen name, password, how you use the printer, and agree to the terms?
2. If 1 is yes, do you receive green circles with white check marks next to email address and password?

Cole: I very carefully did as you said, watching for those green checks, and did have a problem with the password, I got by that and things went pretty good. Kind of a silly thing happened after that though, where it asks for the printer code, I put it in, but it told me that it was expired, and I had to figure out how to print another test page, that gave me exactly the same code! I put it in again, and all worked out good. I think if I had been aware to watch for the green /white checks, I would not have had so much trouble. And of course, once a person makes a mistake, they tend to keep repeating it. So thank you for the help!

Hello Nash9102,

When you sign up, do you receive the green indicators mentioned in my original posts?

If you do not, it could be a web browser/javascript issue. 

If you can elaborate the processes you have used that have been unsuccessful, I would be more than happy to assist you with more specific steps.

Hello again cole yes i received the green check mark after you put your email and pass my problem is in the sign up button that doesn't work i always put my info and when i press the sign up button nothing happend could it be it is something wrong with my browser or my javascript configuration? thanks Nash9102

I have tried several times from 3 different browsers and two different computers to sign up for eprint. Here is the page address:

The "Sign In" does nothing. I had no trouble signing up with HP Passport. Thanks for your help. Incidentally, I do NOT see any blue circles or check marks. Rileyworks . . .

I have tried several times to create a log in id for eprintcenter.com.

After I enter my information and click create account, the page stays the same.

Nothing happens.

It doesn't go to a new page, it doesn't have any check marks, just stays the same.

Please help so I can enter my code or whatever.

I had the same issue with the sign up button not working on internet explorer. I've switched to trying to set it up using moxilla. i get all the information in and it says my email address is already in use. When I try to sign in using HP or Snapfish neither work. I tried switching to my work email address and it says that email address is already in use and to sign in but when I try to it says that account doesn't exist

I forgot to mention that I also checked the "accept terms" box. Still nothing !
