I believe the prior owner must remove it from their ePrint before you can set it up on a new account

Re: trying to set up e print on a replacement printer, that may have been setup with previous owner

Generally if it was set up with a previous owner you would be able to turn webservices off and then on to remove the link to their account. In most cases you would not want to do this as it will lose all of your settings, but since you are the new owner it should not be an issue.

Are you getting any specific errors when you attempt to set this up? (account already exists with this email, invalid printer code, etc)

Although I am working on behalf of HP, I am speaking for myself and not for HP
