unable to login to eprint. When using my email to register, when using my e-mail to registered.

I am unable to access e-print,  When I attempt to register using my e-mail, i get a message stating my e-mail is already registered.  So when I go to reset password using the same e-mail address, it keeps telling me I need to enter an e-mail address.  Any thoughts on how to proceed.  I just bought a new Officejet Pro 8600, already have 2 6500's and a 4500 but they do not have e-print.

Re: unable to login to eprint. When using my email to register, when using my e-mail to registered.

Hi, sorry for the time it took for someone to respond to your post. Are you still having trouble creating an ePrintCenter account? If so, the problem may be that you have used the email address you're attempting to register for another online HP registration in the past e.g... for a Snapfish account. You may have completely forgot or not realized you'd even done this.

What I'd suggest is maybe do a search of your email account for terms like "Snapfish" and "HP" to see if you have already registered an online HP account. If you find you have, use that email address and password combination (if you know it) to register for your ePrintCenter account. If you can't remember the password you should be able to get it reset by clicking the Forgot Your Password link and entering the email address you've confirmed has been used to set up the previous online HP account.

If you can't ever remember creating an online account with HP previously and have no records to suggest you have, you could try older email addresses that you may have used in the past but more than likely you'll need to create your ePrintCenter account with a different email address then the one you've been trying. It doesn't matter what this address is so long as its a valid email account e.g... Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail etc.

I hope this information is of help to you and brings about a resolution to your account setup problems.

I am an HP employee.
