Hi dapepsi,

 

That is strange!  Can you give me more information regarding the "2 copies"?  Are you sending an email from your device (which device?) to the printer or are you using an app like HP ePrint Home&Biz app to print to the printer?  If you are using email, are you getting two copies of the whole email with attachments or are you getting a single email with two copies of the attachment?
