why was my eprint job discarded?

HP Photosmart 7510 series printer works fine on my local Macintosh WiFi network to wirelessly print and scan to all computers. Printer settings show Web setup and Eprint enabled. Printer is registered on HP site and I have chosen a custom email address. PROBLEM- ePrint center says ePrint is off for this printer! Why? Jobs sent to the printer's email address show up in ePrint Center but have a yellow triangle and say DISCARDED. Why?
