Just bought Sprocket. Printed same photo 3 times from Samsung S7....all dark. Photo high res and prints normally on larger printers. Don't have problems listed here. Any other suggestions for remedy?

Have you tried to run the setup card through the printer before actual printing?

Would suggest that you try another pack of photo paper.

 

Do you have a photo of the printout and actual that you can show us?
