Question! Did I recieve an older version of sprocket? I was on a waiting list to purchase this product. I should have gotten an up to date product.
And now if it needs to be updated, I'm not getting any notices for that.
I want a new updated working sprocket or my $$ back.

Looks like the app was updated there on March 21st, are you using the latest rev?

Hello @Dmbondo - 

 

You definitely wouldn't have received an earlier version model.  

 

We've introduced a fix for the Android firmware update issue with the latest release of the mobile application.  If you haven't already, can you please visit the Google Play store and make sure you've updated the Sprocket app?

 

Once you've updated the mobile app , proceed with the previous firmware update steps as you did previously.
