@rushla,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print pictures from your HP Sprocket Photo Printer as the blue barcode keeps.printing first.

This issue could be a hardware issue with the unit.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: http://hp.care/2fDYIuc

If the issue persists, then you may need to contact phone support for further assistance at the link: www.hp.com/contacthp

Hello @rushla -

Are you using HP brand ZINK paper, or another 3rd party brand?  If the latter, this can occur when scanning a non-HP smartsheet.

Have you tried printing without the smartsheet loaded?

Alternatively, you may want to update your Sprocket firmware and try again.

Once you have a connection via the Sprocket app, please do the following to update the firmware:

1.)           Make sure your Sprocket battery is charged greater than 75%, otherwise you won’t see the firmware update option.

2.)           Ensure your Sprocket is powered on and connected to your phone/sprocket app (green circle in menu)

3.)           In the Sprocket mobile app, tap ‘menu’ (3 lines) -> ‘sprocket’ -> ‘Printers’ -> ‘Get Firmware Upgrade’ (blue text)

Thanks and sprocket on!

Hi,

you can try resetting device using following instruction.

This should solve your problem!

1.  Locate the reset button near the charging port.

Sprocket Reset.png

2.  Gently insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.  The printer resets and any previously illuminated LED’s turn off.

3.  Turn on the printer by pressing and holding the power button until the white LED illuminates

Thanks,
