Thank you for becoming an HP Forum member. It is a dynamite location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others.
I understand you are having issues while printing pictures while printing from your Android device to the Sprocket printer.
Let's first try to reset the printer to get it working properly. On the printer, locate the reset button near the charging port, insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds to reset the printer.
Once done, reconnect the printer via Bluetooth.
If the issue still persists, go to http://hp.care/2ilvn9u and perform the steps mentioned here.

Did you happen to check the orientation of how your ZINK paper is loaded? It should be in the tray with the HP logo side facing down. If the paper is reversed, it will print out a blank image as we can't thermally develop the paper.
I would love to learn more about the phone you're utilizing and any specific settings, so we can assist you with this particular issue.
If the paper was indeed loaded correctly, would you be willing to share additional details on any special editing modes you used before printing?
