Re: How to reset to factory setting

Open the Launcher.  Go to the Settings page.  Tap on the Device Info app.  Then tap on Reset Options.  From there you can choose Full Erase or Secure Full Erase.

Do not do it right now, there is alot of people who have done it and are unable to log back in.  Give it some time until the HP servers become less crowded.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The "Launcher" is what you see when you press the center button, or the Up arrow icon from the Home page.

You're looking for the Settings tab, then the Device Info app.
