Re: app catalog update on touchpad fails to install

Worked fine for me.  No problems whatsoever.

Opened the App Catalog, searched for "App Catalog Update", found it, downloaded it and ran it.

Done.

On two of my TouchPad, I got the same error.  I suggest trying again.  Then rbooting the device.  Go back into the App Catalog and search for "update". You might see the Install button, and mine finally installed.  Then you have to go back again and actually Launch the app after which you will get a message that says you have successfully installed the update.

Re: app catalog update on touchpad fails to install

The problem is that the App Catalog won't run anymore so can't just try again...

My app catalog will not load either, hasn't for some time: have you or anyone found a solution?

I keep getting "The action could not be completed. Try again later."

So frustrating!

If there is a solution please share! {personal info removed}

Thanks!

Yes I did do what he suggested. No luck unfortunately. Thank you for checking!

Re: app catalog update on touchpad fails to install

not sure what happened...I did reboot my Touchpad (but the App Catalog still wouldn't run) and then let it sit for several days untouched.  When I came back the App Catalog was running and there wasn't an update message either (also ran the Update Check manually to make sure). I have no idea how it fixed itself, but that is what appears to have happened.
