Microsoft Windows 11

HI All, Im hoping someone can help me please.

I am using a Poly Voyager 4245 wireless headset with Cisco Webex calling as the softphone. When i get a call coming through I cannot answer it with the button on the headset. I have changed the target softphone in the Plantronics Hub to Cisco webex and ensured Webex is enabled but it still doesnt work.

Can anyone please tell me what I need to do to get this working.

Thank you in advance,

Steve

Hello, @SteveY2J, and welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Poly Voyager 4245 office.

Could you please follow a few troubleshooting steps mentioned below and let us know if the issue persists?

1. Could you please let me know if the OS is Windows or Mac?
2. Could you please try it with a different mobile phone or a PC?
3. Could you please try with any other soft phones and check if the issue persists?

4. Could you please restore the headset settings to default on the Poly Lens application by connecting the headset to the PC?

Once done, please switch off and switch on the headset again to save the changes made.

5. Ensure that only one soft phone application is opened at a time.

6. Please uninstall the Plantronics Hub and install the Poly Lens application.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.
