Join Teams call or in the middle of a call people can hear me but I cannot hear them  - one way comms.  Very random can go weeks ok then multiple occurrences. What resolves it is to disconnect from call, turn off headset unplug Bluetooth dongle and turn on again and it generally works but frustrating.

Hi @PolyJez, Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.  

 

Could you please try out a few troubleshooting steps.

 

Kindly verify that the headset is set as the default under Microsoft Teams.
Kindly verify the headset firmware using the Poly Lens application and update the firmware if available.

Kindly reset the headset using the poly lens application on the PC and test the headset.
