Hi folks, 

I had the worst support experience in my whole life.

I won't elaborate about the experience i had with HP before i got directed to contact the right support chanel, because i would be an insult. 

The issue i had on this computer was that is was terribly slow. I would take from 1 to 2 minutes to boot, with 128 GB of ram. So when i finally go the right department, they agree to repair my laptop under warranty. It was returned to me pretty fast, but i then understood why. All they did, was to format my hard drive and install windows 10 family in english, when my OS was LTSC 21H2 in french... But that's not the issue. The issue is that the laptop is much slower than before, it takes more than 3 minutes to boot, and it's much less reponsive.

 

So in one word, they didnt fix anything, they just made it worth. Seriously, i didn't think such a level of incompetence could exhist...

 

They did not find anything abnormal that it takes a ZBook G8 with 128 GB ram more than two minutes to boot... 

 

How can i do to get my laptop professionally repaired ?
