I have a T740 with thinpro 7.2 SP15

 

I am wondering - why do we see below running sometimes 50% CPU when I run top?

hptc-hpcem-agent

 I see that SP9 and SP10 make reference to run a command, is this advised for ALL Service Pack after 7.2 SP9???
