HPE DL380 G10

hello the company

I recognized that the company has sold RAM 32 with bios 3200 instead of RAM 32 bios 2933. that is why i have some minor problem with my costumer. they said to me, they wanted RAM 32 with bios 2933 but you got us RAM 32 with bios 3200 . I explained to them that the serial number and part number for RAM 32 with  bios 3200 are the same for bios 2933 in site of HPE and there is no problem to use RAM 32 with 3200, But i need some document to prove my claim. I ask you to guide me and if possible send me some document that nowadays HPE sell this RAM and configure in bios 2933 and 3200.

best regards

Hi:

HP split into two companies back in 2014.

HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches, routers and enterprise storage devices.

I recommend that you post your question on the HPE community support forum -- Proliant servers section.
