Product: HP Slim Desktop and Monitor

I have done the sound test.  Checked the drivers.  it shows they are running, i can not connect to the bluetooth.  The wireless keyboard and mouse will not connect.  Have tried everything suggested. It looks like the Drivers are updated. When i check the programs installed on  PC I do not see the any Realtek software on the list.
