Hi @Armand_Kalanxhi,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the HDMI input button on your HP Envy 27 all-in-one isn't working, there are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.

  • Restart the computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor software glitches.
  • Check connections: Ensure that the HDMI cable is securely connected to both the computer and the external device (such as a gaming console, Blu-ray player, or another computer).
  • Test with another device: Try connecting a different device to the HDMI port to see if the problem is with the port or the original device.
  • Update drivers: Make sure that your graphics drivers are up to date. You can usually do this through the Device Manager or by visiting the HP support website and downloading the latest drivers for your specific model.
  • Check for physical damage: Inspect the HDMI port and cable for any signs of damage or wear.
  • Reset display settings: Sometimes, resetting the display settings to default can help. You can usually do this through the display settings menu in the operating system.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
