Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an issue with David/HP 3D scan software.

I can't run my cameras in 4K resolution because HD 3D scan software v. 5.6 refuse to accept any other camera format then YUY2 (YUYV2).

All modern cameras support higher reolution only with i420 or nv12 formats.

At beginning I though it's just a missing feature.

BUT now I have tried the old David 4 software and it accepted the i420 camera format just fine.

So I would guess it's a BUG?

Can someone else try setting their cameras into i420 and see if David works? Can this get to the developers as bug/broken feature report?

Thank You,

Petr Silhanek.
