DAVID SLS-3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to upgrade a DAVID V4 license to V5 using a purchased upgrade code. In the software (tried DAVID 3D scanner V5.0.6 as well as HP 3D scan V5.6.0) I click on "Help", "License and version info", and "Upgrade DAVID 4 to DAVID 5 license". After filling out the required information and clicking the "Start upgrade" button I get an error saying "Exception: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found." The software seems to have access to the internet because I am able to select the "Online manual" and "Online FAQ" from the Help menu and both of them successfully redirect me to the HP 3D scanner homepage. I must mention that the upgrade code I'm using has been purchased three years ago, but it has never been used. I have also made sure that the software and license updater apps are not blocked by the firewall.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Thank you for your answers.
