HP 3D Scan Pro
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We originally bought the single camera system  5 years ago, and I was never happy with the results so a year ago we got the single HD camera and turntable.  Still results are not what I expect.  Scans not aligning well.  I thought the turntable would more automatically help to align.  My employee is the one using it, and I keep searching online for advice to give him.  I know the dual camera setup would help, but seems like we should be getting better results.

Shouldn't the system understand the turntable axis, and know the angle between scans for perfect positioning?  I see a "rotate around x,y or z, option but there is no indication of an overall coordinate system, so that doesn't make sense.

Thanks much!

Kevin
