HP 3D Scan
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hardware setup:

 

- HP 3D Scan v5.6.0
- Elgato Cam Link 4K
- Sony A7III set to 4K (XAVC S 4K) at 25p/100M or 25p/60M

 

If i try to toggle the webcam switch to "on" the HP 3D Scan Software will immediatly shut down / crash.

 

The Cam Link 4k is captable of converting the output of the Sony A7III to 4K/30p (USB3).

 

As a test, i checked with the Win10 camera app. The app is showing the 4k/30p picture fine.

 

If i set the Sony to 1080P everything in HP 3D Scan is working.
