Our company purchased an HP Sprout back in '15 and initially set it up, calibrated, etc.....It sat basically dormant until yesterday we (my dept) went to fire it back up. Installed updates and everything it needed but we can't manage to get it calibrated so that we can start scanning again. I have cleaned the magnetic contacts, ,made sure it's on a flat surface with no obstructions, cleared anything under the vertical column, it's boxed in so there is no direct light, updated all the drivers, updated bios, updated sprout software, all with no luck. Please help me figure out what I'm missing. Is there something in the backend that I can do or what would you suggest?
