I purchased a David Laserscanner SLS2 in 2015 just when v4 software was coming out. I went to fire up my scanner for the first time in a few weeks and I find that my USB Dongle is dead. It registers as a USB device, but that is where it ends... no media to find or read. I am having trouble going through support because I don't have any good identifying numbers that will link me to support. I have all my purchase reciepts from my reseller, but they suggested I go through HP support for help with my hardware issue.
Please help! I need to get back up and running!
