I can't scan hair properly, help please!

HP S3 PRO 3D scanner
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have worked with the hp s3 pro scanner in a very optimal way, it has always given a good result, the problem arises when I need to perform anatomical scans, for example, the head in its entirety; the face scans it very well, but the hair (which is black) does not capture it. Any recommendations, tips or help to improve the hair scan would be very helpful.

Best regard,

This comes very late but I might know where the problem lies. The scanner doesn't work well for scanning dark shiny objects such as the surface of a liquids, glass or LCD . You can work around this problem by mattifying the surface. There are special sparys that mattify the surface you can buy or you can use chalk or baby powder.
