Re: cannot contact support for david 3D scanner problem
My Problem is USB Key for HP 3D Structured Light Scanner Pro S3 (version 126.96.36.1996) isn't working. It is also show 0 bytes memory in windows Explorer. I contact to HP Thailand and they told me that they not support this product (in Thailand). Then I found in HP web site that I can get a license file from HP by email but I can't find an email address to get this support. Please Help me. I have to use this scanner to finish my work before this weekend.
