Hello,

 

My scanner stop to work. Sometimes LEDs is blinking, but after that receiving service error 49.

 

Firmware was updated to v.20150126 (looks like the latest), but didn't help

 

I was try different scanning software, starting from Image Capture to HP Easy Scan via USB and Wi-Fi.

 

Error is persist.

 

Could you please help ?

Thank you. I reseted NVRAM, but problem still persist.

 

Scanner is don't work. Error 1003 is always appear, when im trying to scan.

 

Any other ideas ?

Thank you for the link on error 49, but looks like its a common error, when something is don't work.

 

My scanner is don't work, and I think, that error 1003 is more applicable in my case.

It seems to be a printer hardware issue.

 

Kindly call HP Tech Support for further assistance.

 

If your printer is Out of Warranty, you might be given an option to Trade in the printer.
