Product: HP 3D Scanner Pro 5.2.1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

 

I have a 4K camera and am trying to set it up in HP 3D Scan 5.2.1.

As I click on "camera format" it opens the following box:

The 4K resolution is only available when I switch Color Space/Compression to "MJPG":

Then I click on Apply and OK.

The software doesn´t take the change as you can state it with the following dialog:

What can I do ?

Any help would be appreciated.
