Urgent!!! My USB Key isn't working. How to contact HP support to get a License File

HP 3D Structured Light Scanner Pro S3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Problem is My USB Key for HP 3D Structured Light Scanner Pro S3 isn't working. It is also show 0 bytes memory in windows Explorer. I contact to HP Thailand and they told me that they not support this product (in Thailand). Then I found in HP web site that I can get a license file from HP by email but I can't find an email address to get this support. Please Help me. I have to use this scanner to finish my work before this weekend.

Open up the Disk Management tool: you can do this by pressing R and the Windows Key together. That will make the Run dialog box pop up.
