bad alignment

Hi. I've tried alot to get good alignment in david scanner, but no success. I've check in both david v3 & v5.  In David 5, by using comparision tool I can see about 0.6mm deviation between scans.

I'v search alot for solution.

I use a SHARP DLP Projector and a modified Logitech C600 camera with 12mm CCTV Lens. Calibration Panel is made by myself.

I'm sure Keyston in set to 0.

in david v3 in calibration field we can calibrate and see the result error. below is my result when compensation is off (first pic) and when compensation is on (second one). also the photos is taken using a Nikon Camera and feed to david via Image grabber (result is the same as my modified 600).

I know my panel is not so accurate (about 0.3mm different in scales of left and right side and about 0.6 deg deviation from 90deg) but I hope david can compensate the panel error. who can make more accurate panel?

what do you think? is my problem caused by panel or other reason?
