Product: HP EliteBook 745 G3 Notebook PC

I need to scan the serial number to hp 745 G3, I tried with diferent 2D scan but doesn't work. I have hp4430 scan.

somebody now if I need to buy other scan o that working?

Thanks, but I know how to see the serials number for hp. 

My problem is how can scan the serial numbers for the model hp 745 G3.

barcode is datamatrix, grid matrix, QR, micro QR????? I dont know and what scan can ready that???
