license issue and no response from HP support

I sent this message to hp support and received no response.

How should we proceed for this problem?

 

Hello,

I have a david 5.0.7 usb key with a license.

Unable to install the program I have a side by side error.

I installed a version 5.0.1 When I install the program the license does not work.

attached the id and the debug file.
