Hi @Ceito,

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

This blue screen error, VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL, typically points to a graphics driver issue or video memory corruption. It can be caused by:

  • Outdated or corrupted GPU drivers
  • Faulty RAM or VRAM
  • Recent Windows updates or driver conflicts

What You Can Do:

  1. Boot into Safe Mode:
    • Hold Shift while clicking Restart from the login screen.
    • Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart.
    • Press F4 to enter Safe Mode.

  2. Update or Roll Back Graphics Drivers:
    • In Safe Mode, open Device Manager.
    • Expand Display Adapters → Right-click your GPU → Choose Update driver or Roll back driver.

  3. Run HP Diagnostics:

I hope this helps.
