HP Recommended

Due to a pin issue - not my fault - I am unable to get on my computer....I need it for work.

First of your staff i spoke to hung up mid conversation....the 2nd said she would phone back ...she didn't. This is a nightmare for me and you are treating me so badly. New computer 2 months old £800....I  need help.
