I'm sorry you’re experiencing this issue it can be really disappointing when your laptop suddenly shows a black screen after logging in. This is a known problem that usually relates to graphics drivers, Windows updates, or temporary system glitches, and there are ways to troubleshoot and prevent it from happening again.

Update Windows

  • Press Windows + I → go to Update & Security → Windows Update
  • Install any pending updates and restart.

Update your graphics driver:

  • Press Windows + X → Device Manager → Display adapters
  • Right-click your graphics device → Update driver → Search automatically

Check Startup Programs:

  • Disable unnecessary startup applications that could interfere with system boot:
  • Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and go to the Startup tab.
  • Disable non-essential programs by right-clicking and selecting Disable
