Product: HP Stream Notebook - 13-c009tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am currently unable to pair and or connect my Bamboo Ink pen to this computer to use on zoom calls for chemistry tutorials. Is it possible to connect or do I need to exchange this new compute I just bought?

Hi @CHEMDUDE 

 

Only X360 line laptop (convertible to tablet) can use HP active pen, other models with touch screen must use finger or passive pen with a rubber band on one end.
