I have an Elitedesk 705 G4 SFF PC with a Ryzen 7 PRO 2700 CPU. But I installed this R7 CPU to another PC and it works fine and in the g4 705 sff I decided to put a Ryzen 3 2200g. I looked on the Userbenchmark website and these PCs were also supplied with this CPU and did not think that there would be problems. But I did not take into account that they were supplied with a Ryzen 3 PRO 2200g, but I bought a regular Ryzen 3 2200g.
The PC doesn't start, the fan spins but the screen is always black, I tried connect display to video outputs on the motherboard, as well as to the discrete video card (Radeon R7 430), with which it was supplied. Is it really that the PRO version of the CPU is needed?

Upd: Ryzen 3 PRO 2200g doesn't work either as well as 3200g. I updated BIOS and disabled sure start, nothing happening, just black screen. I tryed 4 diffrent AM4 CPU's and the only one that works, was there originally, It's just ridiculous.
It's B350 chipset and AM4 socket, why HP blacklisted everything, i just can't understand.

Hi ! Have you find a solution to your issue ?
I'm in the opposite direction (wanting to go from R3 to R7) but I'm in the same sh*t ...
Do you know your bios reference and motherboard reference by any chance ?
Thanks in advance.
