You posted that you are running W10 32 bit.

In order for Windows to address more than 4 GB of memory, you need to be running a 64 bit operating system.

If that was a typo, your PC can support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4 -2133 CL15 memory.

Most folks will install DDR4-2400 CL17 memory in a PC where the processor can only run the memory at 2133 MHz because it is easier to find.

I found information that your PC came with 12 GB of memory.

If that is correct, then you can remove the 4 GB memory chip and install an 8 GB memory chip in its place.

Your PC would probably perform better if you replace the hard drive with a faster performing solid state drive (SSD).
