Can't get past first screen to set laptop to 5g

I do not have wifi or internet  where I live but I do have 5G. How do I set my laptop up with this

WWAN / Mobile Broadband adapter / module

SIM card / Mobile Network Service Carrier

Many laptops include the sim card slot -- not all computers include the necessary WWAN module inside the computer that provides the SIM card a way to communicate with the Mobile Broadband network provider.

Where supported in the hardware, the Mobile Broadband adapter module is an option that can be added during a custom build purchase order.  The WWAN option might come as part of a bundled purchase. 

If supported in the particular computer model / series, the WWAN module can perhaps be added as an after-market purchase and installation.  See the Maintenance and Service Guide for your device (computer).

The SIM card, when tied to a provider's mobile network account, allows you to use that carrier's network.

What else?

If your computer does not have a WWAN broadband module and a SIM card carrier service installed, consider using your mobile device to tie the computer to your mobile Hotspot. 

Note that service depends on the mobile device, the strength of the signal, and other factors.
