Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP Pavillion running Windows 7 Premium Home Edition (Model# p7-1298c). Can this machine be upgraded to Windows 10?

It can, but you would have to pay for a W10 license and product key because the free upgrade from W7>W10 ended quite a while ago.

 

Since Windows is going out of support in less than a month, you may just want to leave your PC on W7 until you decide to buy a new PC with W11.
