Hi @Marice69

Does not support any active PEN, only X360 models can use PEN.

It may be.

Unfortunately, that pen is an older model.

Is the pen's battery charged?

Try using the HP Pen Control App.

Download it from the Microsoft store and set the pen controls to default settings.

I tried to install it, but the HP Pen control app is not supported by the Omnibook X.
