Defective Docking Station - 4J0A2AA#ABA - HP Thunderbolt Dock 120W G4

This is an ongoing problem.

I have an "HP EliteBook 650 15.6 inch G9 NoteBook PC"

I have 3 "HP E243 ( 1 on USB converter, 2 & 3 on Display Port )
Note: no problem with #1

Before Firmware Update: 
1)  Both 2 & 3 flicker periodically when doing something on #3

2)  #2 would go dark fairly regularly when doing something on #3
3)  Turning #2 on and/or off causes #3 to momentarily go black.

After docking station firmware upgrade:

1)  Both 2 & 3 flicker periodically when doing something on #3

3)  Turning #2 on and/or off causes #3 to momentarily go black.

Firmware only fixed one problem.
Any ideas?
