I am currently dealing with the exact SAME issue. I had ordered from the HP.com store it's an expensive PC! I ordered this on January 28th, 2025. As I am monitoring the progress in my account detail, I can see it still is in "queue" and has been for weeks. I was initially told it would take 2-3 weeks to build, test and ship. I used the chat customer service and got the most amazing runaround I have ever dealt with. I asked them to please admit they couldn't possibly ship by the 21st of Feb as this was the 20th of Feb and it has not even started to be built. There are 4 stages indicated on the account info; 1. in queue, 2. gathering components, 3. being built 4. test ship and pack. It's still in "queue" as of today's date, 27th of Feb.

There is no way it could be completed, tested, packed and shipped by that NEXT DAY (20th to the 21at) as promised!

So, I put in for a cancellation of my order. Within 30 minutes I got an email stating that "unfortunately my shipment is delayed, and my new expected ship date is going to be 03/05/2025. But there is no guarantee as to when I will receive the PC because "some delays could occur with US Customs or the carrier.

I have initiated a chargeback/stop payment on the payment method. I am so angry. And no idea how this will resolve. (edited)
