Product: HP EliteOne 870 27 inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC (4V6D4AV)

Hi all !

After a motherboard fail HP replaced it.
But at boot time I was asked to enter a bitlocker key. And my microsoft account didn't hold it !
My PC is known, but no bitlocker present ? My Lenove Yoga is also there andhis bitlocker code also.

My EliteOne had a pre-installed windows but I don't remember that I had to save a bitlocker key...

Now my PC has become unusable ! Only the bios stays accessible...

I hope HP has done the thing and saved the key somewhere...

If I wanted to restart my computer with new(s) SSDs installed inside. It seems to own 3 ports for SSD type M.2 but I don't know the length of them to buy them !

Are they 2280 format ?

And what about the size supported ?

If someone could help me...

Do a factory restore from the cloud  as described here

You will  need to use a PC that you have admin privilege on.
