Respected Sir,  

I would like to state that I am a dissatisfied customer of your services. I purchased a keyboard from your company, which I received on 27th September 2024. The keyboard provided by the company has malfunctioned several times and has been replaced multiple times as well. However, even after all this, no satisfactory action has been taken by the company.  

It is with great disappointment that I write to you to say that in the future, I will think twice before purchasing any product from HP. Once again, I am returning this keyboard to you; please
