According to the service guide,

If the system has a fingerprint sensor, the button is located on the bottom row of the keys, right of center.

Search the rest of the document for "Fingerprint" 

If the system includes an installed fingerprint reader / sensor, the Device Manager will include section "Biometric devices" and Property information on the fingerprint reader.

Control Panel > icon view > Device Manager

Tab View 

Check Show hidden devices

Select Devices by Type

Expand Category (for example Biometric Devices)

Right-Click on the Driver > Select / open Properties
