There are many older versions listed under the Revision History section on the F.26 BIOS download page.

But unfortunately, it doesn't matter because according to the release notes for vF.26 you cannot go back to a previous BIOS version.

PREREQUISITES:
You cannot downgrade the BIOS to previous versions once the BIOS is upgraded since there are security updates and important fixes for system functionality.
