how can we fix the HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF showing False while running this powershell command for the upcoming Secure boot UEFI 2023 Certificate

First, you need to update the BIOS. According to this link, it is not available.

Then, if it is compatible, Microsoft will send the KEK certificate: Key Enrollment Key, via Windows Update.

If Windows Update does not send that certificate, it may be incompatible or will arrive late.
