My laptop (HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-ew0021TX) hardly 2 years old and very limited used. Today when I opened it the hinge broke and also due to that lower corner screen cracked. I tried to contact the customer service and received very casual reply with arrogant tone. Now when I searched online i can see that the hinge problem of HP Envy laptops are widely reported. 

 

My laptop is in brand new condition since its very rarely used like monthly once or twice; Never expected such poor quality product from HP and very casual approach from Customer service.

 

I need the executive escalation matrix of HP or else I am going to approach the consumer court since i Have paid almost 100K for this product which is very limited used.

Today I received a quotation for 37000 Rs for the repair. You guys are crazy.

 

For all those people who are looking to buy a laptop in the\is festival season my suggestion will be dont go for HP by just looking at some attractive offers; you will regret later
